3. Quotes & Estimates

• Prices may vary if project requirements change, regulatory updates occur, or additional services are requested.

• Acceptance of a quote does not guarantee project commencement until a formal contract is signed.

4. Uploaded Plans & Content

• By uploading plans, drawings, or documents, you confirm that you own the rights to use them or have permission from the copyright holder.

• You grant ROC Homes permission to use uploaded materials strictly for preparing quotes, project management, and service delivery.

• We take reasonable steps to secure your documents but cannot guarantee against technical errors or unauthorised access beyond our control.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth delivery of services, clients agree to:

• Provide timely access to required documents, approvals, or information.

• Respond promptly to communication requests.

• Ensure compliance with local council and regulatory requirements (unless otherwise agreed).

6. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be outlined in your individual service contract.

• Deposits, progress payments, and final payments must be made on time.

• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

7. Intellectual Property

• All materials, designs, and content created by ROC Homes remain our intellectual property unless expressly transferred in writing.

• Clients may use final deliverables for personal and project purposes but may not reproduce or resell them without permission.
