Percy brings over a decade of commercial and financial expertise to the leadership team, backed by dual qualifications as a solicitor and CPA. With a strong background in property development, project management, and strategic advisory, he plays a key role in ensuring precise pricing, cost control, and commercial oversight across every project. Having led the delivery of over 30 homes, Percy combines in-depth industry knowledge with a deep understanding of planning regulations and property law. He is focused on removing complexity from the process—streamlining approvals, fast-tracking permits, and delivering clear, cost-effective pathways from concept to construction. Clients value his strategic approach and commitment to delivering outcomes without compromise.
Yapeng (Tony) Zhang

Yapeng brings hands-on experience from over 50 residential builds, offering clients confidence in both quality and execution. With almost a decade of experience in the building industry, he has developed a strong command of the end-to-end construction process—ensuring each project runs efficiently and to the highest standards. His technical understanding of the building code, combined with practical site experience, allows him to maintain exceptional quality control and ensure compliance at every stage.
